BD Diesel 1041241 Flex-Plate for Select Ford 1994-2003 4R100/E4OD (7.3L)

The BD Diesel 1041241 FleX-Plate is a heavy-duty, direct bolt-in replacement for Ford 7.3L Powerstroke engines equipped with 4R100 or E4OD transmissions. Engineered to handle the increased torque of towing and performance applications, this flex-plate is CNC machined from quench and tempered 100ksi steel and is 1.5 times thicker than the factory unit.

The one-piece billet construction features integrated counterweights, precision-balanced to OE specifications in-house. To ensure maximum durability, the ring gear is heat-treated and hardened, while the entire unit is finished in a Black Oxide coating. This finish provides essential corrosion resistance without the risk of hydrogen embrittlement—a common failure point in zinc-plated alternatives that leads to cracking. It is compatible with all OEM and aftermarket torque converters.
