BD Diesel 4R100 Transmission & Torque Converter Package for 1999-2003 Ford F-250/F-350 4WD (1064444SM)

Built to handle the demands of street and towing applications, this BD Diesel 4R100 transmission and torque converter package significantly increases drivetrain durability. The transmission features a fully rollerized geartrain and a reworked front pump for consistent fluid delivery. To manage heat and pressure, BD includes an aluminum HD deep pan that adds 6 quarts of oil capacity, along with a full shift kit and line mod valve to increase line pressure. Critical internal components are reinforced with added lube circuits for the OD planet and extra support for the output and intermediate shafts.

The included torque converter is designed with a cast aluminum stator for superior torque multiplication and a street/towing stall speed that provides lower RPM response than the stock unit. It features furnace-brazed fins and a stamp-forged steel front cover for maximum structural integrity under load.
