The BD Diesel 1045240 Turbo Downpipe Kit is engineered for custom diesel performance applications utilizing S400 series turbochargers. This 4-inch downpipe provides a direct connection from the turbocharger's 4.2-inch Full Marmon discharge flange to the rest of the exhaust system, facilitating the high-volume flow required for performance builds.
Constructed from heavy-duty aluminized steel, this downpipe is built to withstand the extreme EGTs and vibration common in turbocharged diesel environments. The kit simplifies the installation process by including both the necessary turbo V-band clamp and the exhaust band clamp, ensuring a secure, leak-free seal right out of the box.
