The Bilstein B8 6112 leveling kit is engineered to provide increased ground clearance, allow for larger tire fitment, and enhance wheel travel for off-road performance while maintaining on-road composure. Built around a large 60mm (2.65-inch OD) shock body, this kit offers significantly higher oil capacity and surface area compared to stock units, ensuring superior heat dissipation and long-term durability under demanding conditions.

Each kit features vehicle-specific tuning with a 60mm digressive piston that improves ride comfort and control over rough terrain. The shock bodies are designed with multiple snap-ring grooves, allowing for adjustable spring seat positions to achieve between 0 and 2.75 inches of front lift (depending on application). This direct-fit system replaces the factory front strut assembly using matched cold-wound coil springs for a precise, balanced ride.
