Fits select 2013-2025 Ram 3500 models (Big Horn, Laramie, Limited, Lone Star, SLT, ST, and Tradesman).
The Bilstein B8 5160 remote reservoir shock absorber is engineered as a direct-fit solution for lifted Ram 3500 trucks. By utilizing a remote reservoir, this shock provides increased oil capacity and enhanced heat dissipation to optimize performance over traditional shock absorbers. The 46mm monotube design ensures consistent, fade-free damping, while the velocity-sensitive digressive valving is specifically tuned for this application to maintain vehicle control across changing surfaces.
For a simplified installation, each unit features a 360-degree swivel banjo hose fitting and a billet reservoir mount where applicable. This design allows for a clean fitment that accommodates increased wheel travel and the demands of off-road environments.
