The Bilstein B6 4600 shock absorber is engineered as a direct-fit upgrade for stock-height Nissan Frontier trucks. This monotube damper replaces the factory front shock to provide consistent, fade-free performance by effectively dissipating heat through its larger 46mm piston surface area. Unlike standard twin-tube shocks, the gas-pressure monotube design remains stable even under heavy workloads or repetitive cycling on uneven terrain.
Each B6 4600 features a unique, velocity-sensitive digressive piston that instantly reacts to changing road conditions, firming up during cornering or braking while remaining compliant over small bumps. These shocks are specifically tuned for the 2022-2026 Frontier chassis to improve handling and ride quality without requiring modifications to the suspension.
