The Bilstein B8 5125 (33-230320) is a high-pressure gas monotube shock absorber engineered for custom suspension applications and off-road builds. Designed for vehicles without a direct-fit Bilstein listing, this shock provides consistent, fade-free performance by utilizing a large 46mm piston and a monotube design that efficiently dissipates heat during high-frequency cycling.
Built for durability in demanding environments, it features Bilstein’s patented digressive valving with a self-adjusting deflective disc system. This allows the shock to react instantly to changing surface conditions, providing firm control on rough terrain and a smooth ride on-road. The shock body is finished in a durable coating for corrosion resistance and comes equipped with industry-standard 5/8-inch hourglass bushings for universal compatibility.
