The Bilstein B8 Performance Plus damper is a high-performance upgrade designed specifically to be paired with aftermarket lowering springs. Unlike standard shocks, these dampers feature application-specific valve settings and shortened piston rods to ensure proper spring preload and optimum travel for lowered suspension geometries. The 46mm monotube design provides consistent, fade-free damping by allowing for a larger piston surface area and superior heat dissipation during spirited driving.
