This BMC high-performance replacement panel air filter is engineered to provide significantly higher airflow than the factory paper element, reducing pressure drop and improving engine efficiency. Constructed using a multi-layer cotton gauze media soaked in low-viscosity oil, it captures impurities down to 7 microns without restricting the intake path of the 3.8L flat-six twin-turbocharged engine.
- Precision Engineering: Features a one-piece polyurethane frame molded without welded joints to prevent breakage and ensure a perfect seal in the OE airbox.
- Durable Construction: The filter media is protected by an epoxy-coated alloy mesh, providing resistance against fuel fumes and oxidation.
- Washable and Reusable: Designed for long-term use; the filter can be cleaned and re-oiled using a BMC regeneration kit to maintain peak performance.
