Fits 2005-2014 Ford Mustang models, including Base, GT, Boss 302, Bullitt, and Shelby GT500/GT500KR.
The factory S197 Mustang Panhard rod is constructed from weak stamped steel and soft rubber bushings that allow for excessive lateral axle movement under load. BMR Suspension's PHR006R replaces this with a heavy-duty, on-car adjustable link designed to center the rear axle housing and eliminate deflection during hard cornering, launches, and street driving. This is a critical upgrade for lowered Mustangs where the axle often shifts off-center.
Built for durability in street performance, drag, and road race applications, this Panhard rod is fabricated from 1.25-inch, 0.120-inch wall DOM tubing with TIG-welded 4130 chrome-moly tube adapters. It features a CNC-machined 4130 chrome-moly center adjuster with rolled threads for superior strength and ease of adjustment while the part is still installed on the vehicle.
- 95-durometer polyurethane bushings for a solid, responsive feel without excessive NVH
- Internally fluted bushings with grease zerks ensure even lubrication and quiet operation
