This critical safety component is designed to contain the driveshaft in the event of a mechanical failure, preventing it from penetrating the floorpan or digging into the track surface. Engineered for street, drag racing, and top-speed applications, this loop mounts securely to the factory transmission crossmember rather than the transmission itself, ensuring it remains in place even during a total transmission failure.
The DSL110H is manufactured from 1/4-inch laser-cut, CNC-formed plate steel for maximum strength and precise fitment. It features a direct bolt-on design that utilizes existing OE mounting holes, requiring no welding for installation. The assembly is finished in a durable black hammertone powdercoat for long-term corrosion resistance and includes all necessary high-strength Grade 8 hardware.
