Every BMR spring is manufactured from chrome silicon high-tensile wire and cold-wound on CNC coiling machines for exact side-to-side consistency. To ensure long-term durability, each spring is stress-relieved at 750°F and shot-peened to eliminate residual surface stresses. BMR pre-sets every spring by compressing it solid twice at the factory, guaranteeing the ride height will not sag over time.
