The Borla S-Type Axle-Back exhaust system (11953) delivers the signature Borla sound with an aggressive note designed for street and performance driving. This rear-section-only system replaces the factory mufflers to improve exhaust velocity and flow without the harsh drone associated with lesser kits. It is engineered specifically for 5.0L Mustang models not equipped with the active valve system, fitting both coupe and convertible body styles.
Constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel, this system utilizes 2.5-inch mandrel-bent tubing and patented straight-through, multi-core technology to optimize performance. Precision CNC manufacturing ensures a direct fit to factory mounting points, while dual polished tips provide a high-end finish that resists corrosion far better than 400-series steel.
