Fits 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra models (3.4L V6, including Hybrid) with an Extended Cab, Standard Bed, and 145.7-inch wheelbase. Note: This system will NOT fit vehicles equipped with the optional bed step.

The Borla S-Type Cat-Back system (MPN 140939BC) features a true dual-exhaust architecture designed specifically for the 3.4L Tundra powerplant. Unlike standard systems that use a single tailpipe with dual tips, this 2.5-inch diameter system utilizes two full tailpipes and a Merge X-Pipe to improve exhaust scavenging and performance. It delivers the signature S-Type sound profile—aggressive under acceleration but tuned with Borla’s Polyphonic Harmonizer technology to ensure a drone-free cabin during highway cruising.

Each system is manufactured using CNC mandrel-bent T-304 austenitic stainless steel for maximum flow and corrosion resistance. The exhaust is finished with dual 4.5-inch round black chrome tips on T-304 stainless steel. To maintain the finish of the black chrome tips, clean with hot water and a microfiber cloth; do not use stainless steel polish.
