The Borla XR-1 Racing Sportsman muffler (401392) is engineered for high-performance racing applications where space is at a premium. Featuring a 2.5-inch center inlet and center outlet, this 5-inch round muffler uses a high-flow, straight-through design to maximize exhaust scavenging and power output. The reversible internal configuration provides additional flexibility for custom exhaust routing.
- Durable Construction: Built from T-304 austenitic stainless steel with 100% welded seams for superior strength and corrosion resistance in extreme racing conditions.
- Advanced Sound Control: Packed with high-temperature continuous-filament fiber (CFF) acoustic material to manage sound levels without sacrificing flow.
- Installation: Features un-notched necks designed for weld-in installation. For clamp-on applications, use a 3-inch wide band clamp (Borla 18004).
- Finish: Supplied in a natural mill finish that can be brushed or polished to your preference.
