The Brian Crower BC0010S Dual Spring and Steel Alloy Retainer Kit is engineered to provide the valvetrain stability required for high-performance B-series VTEC engines. This kit fits select 1992-2001 Acura Integra, Honda Civic, and Civic del Sol models (B16A / B17A / B18C).
By upgrading to this dual-spring configuration, you gain the seat pressure and harmonic control necessary to support aggressive camshaft profiles and high-RPM operation. The precision-wound springs prevent valve float, while the CNC-machined steel alloy retainers offer significantly higher strength than OE components to ensure long-term reliability under stress.
