The Brian Crower BC0040 Race/LTD Street Dual Spring and Titanium Retainer kit is engineered for high-RPM Honda K-series and F-series engines. This kit provides the necessary seat pressure and stability required when upgrading to high-lift aftermarket camshafts, preventing valve float and ensuring valvetrain integrity under extreme operating conditions.
By replacing the factory single springs with a dual-spring configuration and heavy steel retainers with precision-machined titanium components, this kit reduces reciprocating mass while increasing the spring rate to handle aggressive cam profiles and sustained high-revving performance.
