The Clutch Masters FW-037-AL aluminum flywheel is engineered for high-performance applications requiring reduced rotational mass and faster throttle response. Every flywheel is precision CNC machined in the USA from 6061 aluminum billet cores. To ensure vibration-free operation at high RPMs, each unit is zero-balanced to exacting tolerances before leaving the facility.
This lightweight flywheel features a replaceable steel friction surface insert, which allows for easy maintenance without the need for traditional flywheel resurfacing. The aluminum body is finished with a Type 3 hard anodized coating for maximum durability and protection against wear. Designed to integrate seamlessly with FX100 through FX500 single-disc kits or twin-disc options, this component is essential for reducing turbo lag and improving acceleration in K-series powerplants.
