The Clutch Masters FW-805-AL aluminum flywheel is designed and manufactured in the USA to provide a significant reduction in rotational mass compared to the factory unit. Precision CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum cores, this flywheel allows the engine to rev more freely, improving throttle response and reducing turbo lag. Each unit is zero-balanced to ensure it is evenly weighted on all sides and spins true at high RPMs.
Designed for long-term performance, these flywheels feature a replaceable 1045 steel friction surface, which eliminates the need for resurfacing and extends the life of the component. The aluminum body is treated with Type 3 Hard Anodizing for maximum durability and protection. This flywheel is SFI 1.2 Certified, making it suitable for both street use and competitive motorsports.
