Each flywheel starts as a 1045 billet steel core, which is CAD-designed and CNC-machined in-house to exact tolerances. Note: This flywheel is specifically designed to work exclusively with Clutch Masters FX-series single disc (FX100-FX500) or twin disc clutch kits and is not compatible with OEM clutches.

To ensure smooth operation and drivetrain longevity, every unit is zero-balanced before shipping. The 1045 steel construction provides excellent heat capacity and durability for both high-performance street use and track applications, finished with a black oxide coating for superior rust prevention. All Clutch Masters flywheels are SFI 1.2 Certified, meeting strict safety standards for competitive motorsports.
