The Clutch Masters FX250 system is engineered for the spirited street enthusiast and weekend racer who requires significantly higher holding capacity without sacrificing daily drivability. This system provides a 110% increase in holding capacity over the factory assembly, making it an ideal upgrade for modified vehicles that see occasional track abuse.
At the heart of the FX250 kit is the Power Plus I Heavy-Duty Pressure Plate paired with a unique dual-friction sprung disc. To balance performance and street manners, the pressure plate side of the disc features proprietary Fiber Tough friction material, while the flywheel side utilizes a steel-backed organic friction material. This hybrid configuration offers higher holding capacity than traditional Kevlar discs while maintaining the smooth engagement characteristics of the FX100 and FX200 series.
