This comprehensive kit addresses the two most common complaints on the Focus ST/RS platforms: vague shift throws and the wheel hop caused by soft factory motor mounts. By combining the Cobb Adjustable Shift Plate with the Cobb Rear Motor Mount (RMM), this package provides a more connected, mechanical feel during spirited driving and track sessions.

The included Rear Motor Mount is CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum and features a custom 85A durometer bushing. This setup significantly reduces engine pitching and torque steer without introducing excessive vibration into the cabin. The Adjustable Shift Plate offers a choice between a 30% or 40% reduction in shift throw, allowing you to fine-tune the gate distance to your preference while retaining the factory shift knob and boot.
