The Cobb Intake System for the Ford Fiesta ST replaces the restrictive factory airbox and paper filter with a high-flow induction solution designed to optimize airflow to the turbocharger. This system features a mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube that maintains consistent diameter through every bend, reducing turbulence and pressure drop compared to the corrugated OEM plastic piece.
The assembly includes a high-flow, washable dual-cone air filter and a custom-designed airbox that utilizes the factory fresh air ducting. This configuration helps isolate the filter from engine bay heat, ensuring cooler, denser air reaches the engine. Finished in a durable wrinkle black powder coat, this kit provides a clean, professional look under the hood while offering a more pronounced induction sound.
