The Cognito 1-inch Performance Ball Joint Leveling Kit is a comprehensive suspension upgrade designed to eliminate the factory nose-down rake while significantly improving ride quality and off-road handling. This kit centers on Cognito SM Series Upper Control Arms and Fox 2.0 Performance Series shocks, providing a complete solution that addresses geometry, travel, and damping in a single package.

The SM Series Upper Control Arms are constructed from boxed sheet metal, CNC robot-welded and finished in a durable semi-gloss black powder coat. These arms are engineered to provide the necessary droop travel required for a lifted or leveled stance, ensuring longevity for all suspension components. They feature pre-installed press-in ball joints secured with Cognito-branded, black anodized laser-etched caps, along with polyurethane bushings and new crush sleeves for a precise fit.

For damping, this kit includes Fox 2.0 Performance Series IFP front coilovers and monotube rear shocks. The IFP (Internal Floating Piston) design separates the high-pressure nitrogen gas from the shock oil, preventing aeration and ensuring consistent, fade-free performance. The impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum bodies increase cooling capacity and provide superior rust resistance.
