The Corsa Performance air intake system (MPN 185206) is engineered to optimize the volumetric efficiency and breathing capabilities of your 2.0L engine. By utilizing a closed-box design, this system effectively shields the intake air from engine bay heat, ensuring a cooler, denser charge for improved combustion. The intake features sculpted, large-diameter air ducts with unique bends and smooth transitions to minimize air turbulence.
This system is centered around the Donaldson PowerCore filter, which uses advanced channels to direct air through sub-micron media, providing high-efficiency filtration without the need for oil. This dry-flow design is maintenance-free for up to 150,000 miles or four years. The kit includes marine-grade stainless steel clamps and reinforced silicone connectors for superior thermal stability and a secure seal under high-vibration conditions.
