The CORSA Performance Limited Edition carbon fiber air intake for the Gen 6 Camaro SS balances lightweight aesthetics with precision engineering. Constructed from multi-layer 1x1 twill weave carbon fiber, the optimized intake duct replaces the restrictive factory plastic unit to maximize airflow to the 6.2L LT1 engine. This system is dyno-tuned to deliver gains of up to 9 HP and 9 lb-ft of torque at 5375 RPM without requiring an ECU re-flash or tune.
This open-element system includes a black powder-coated aluminum heat shield designed to seal flush against the hood, effectively isolating the intake from ambient engine bay heat. It comes equipped with the MaxFlow 5 reusable oiled cotton gauze filter, providing 99% filtration efficiency for superior engine protection. Installation is a straightforward bolt-on process that can typically be completed in under an hour using the included premium hardware.
