The CSF 3076 High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator is engineered for high-horsepower builds and motorsport environments where factory cooling systems fail. This unit replaces the standard plastic-and-aluminum OE radiator with a robust, TIG-welded aluminum construction. At the core is CSF’s exclusive B-Tube technology; unlike standard O-shaped tubes, these B-tubes are seam-brazed to increase heat transfer surface area by 15% while allowing for thinner, lighter, and more efficient aluminum materials.
This radiator is designed for a true "drop-in fit," utilizing CNC-machined brackets and "Quick-Connect" inlet/outlet connections to ensure compatibility with factory hoses, fan shrouds, and mounting points without modification. The 2-row 42mm core features ultra-efficient 6.5mm multi-louvered fins for maximum airflow and heat rejection, finished with a 1-hour hand polish for a show-quality mirror appearance.
