The CSF 7076 is a heavy-duty, high-performance all-aluminum radiator engineered to meet the extreme thermal demands of off-roading, overlanding, and heavy-use environments. Designed as a direct drop-in replacement, it utilizes CNC-machined brackets and fittings to accept all OEM components, including quick-connect hoses, the AC condenser, and the factory fan shroud without modification.
This radiator features CSF’s exclusive B-Tube technology. Unlike standard O-shape tubes, the B-Tube design uses seam-brazed, thinner aluminum that is actually stronger and more efficient. This unique geometry increases the heat transfer surface area by approximately 15%, creating a dual liquid laminar flow that mimics the efficiency of two smaller tubes within a single 42mm core. Paired with 6.5mm multi-louvered fins, this unit maximizes airflow and heat rejection for consistent cooling performance on the trail.
