The CSF 7238 High-Performance Aluminum Radiator is a significant thermal upgrade over the factory unit, designed to handle the increased heat loads of modified Ford Focus ST engines. Featuring a 31mm ultra-high-performance core, this radiator utilizes a Triple Pass Flow configuration, which forces coolant across the core three times before exiting to ensure the lowest possible outlet temperatures.
Constructed from 100% TIG-welded aluminum, the core employs CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology. This design increases heat transfer by approximately 15% compared to standard oval welded tubes. The 6.5mm tall ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize surface area contact and airflow. For a true plug-and-play experience, the CSF 7238 features CNC machined mounting pins and OE-style inlets and outlets for a seamless drop-in installation.
