The CSF 7045 is a high-performance all-aluminum radiator engineered to handle the thermal demands of high-horsepower builds and track-driven BMWs. Utilizing CSF’s exclusive B-Tube Technology, this radiator offers approximately 15% more heat transfer surface area compared to standard oval-tube designs. By using a seam-brazed “B” shape, CSF can utilize thinner, lighter aluminum without sacrificing structural integrity, resulting in superior cooling efficiency and a dual liquid laminar flow.
This radiator is designed as a direct “drop-in” fitment, utilizing CNC-machined quick-connect inlet/outlet connections and brackets to accept all factory components, including the fan shroud, mounting brackets, and AC condenser. The core features ultra-efficient 6.5mm multi-louvered fins designed and wind-tunnel tested for maximum heat rejection.
