CSF 8211 High Performance Intercooler System (Black) for Select 2019-2025 Audi, Lamborghini, and Porsche

Fits select 2019-2025 Audi RS Q8, Lamborghini Urus (Base, Performante, S, SE), and Porsche Cayenne (GTS, Turbo, Turbo GT) models.

The CSF 8211 high-performance intercooler system is engineered to solve heat soak and high intake air temperatures (IATs) in the high-output V8 biturbo engines found in the Urus, RS Q8, and Cayenne. This system utilizes Formula-1 performance grade cores manufactured by PWR, featuring two rows of rolled cooling tubes with inner fins. This design provides significantly more efficient heat rejection than traditional bar-and-plate or tube-and-fin intercoolers, maintaining maximum performance during track use or for vehicles with increased boost from aftermarket tuning.

Durability is enhanced through 100% TIG-welded construction and CNC-machined billet end tanks, replacing the failure-prone OEM crimped plastic tanks. The system also includes a 1-piece welded charge pipe to eliminate the factory bolt-on pipe and O-ring setup, which is a known leak point under high pressure. This system is finished in a black thermal dispersion ceramic coating for improved cooling efficiency.
