The CSF 7204 High-Performance Aluminum Radiator is engineered for high-horsepower builds and motorsport applications where stock cooling systems fail. This radiator utilizes CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology, which employs a seam-brazed "B" shape rather than a standard welded "O" type tube. This design allows for thinner, lighter aluminum that offers superior strength and a 15% increase in heat transfer surface area, effectively providing the efficiency of two smaller tubes within a single 42mm dual-pass core.
To complement the high-flow tubes, CSF uses 6.5mm tall ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins, precisely aligned for maximum airflow and heat rejection. Each unit features a true drop-in fit design with CNC-machined mounting brackets and OEM-style inlets and outlets, ensuring a hassle-free installation without vehicle modifications.
