The CSF 8056 High Performance Bar & Plate Intercooler Core is engineered for custom high-boost applications requiring superior thermal management. Rated for 700 WHP, this 20-inch horizontal-flow core is hand-built using dedicated jigs and fixtures to ensure a perfectly straight structure for easy end-tank fabrication. Each core is manufactured in a clean-room environment to maintain a contaminate-free surface, ensuring optimal brazing and a clean surface for future welding.
The core features a multi-louvered, high-precision staggered fin design on both the ambient and pressure sides to maximize heat transfer efficiency. To guarantee reliability under extreme pressure, every unit is batch-brazed in a digital vacuum oven and individually pressure tested at 120 psi.
