The CSF 8045 High Performance Bar & Plate Intercooler Core is engineered for custom high-horsepower forced induction applications. Designed for fabricators and tuning professionals, this 1000 WHP-rated core utilizes a heavy-duty bar and plate construction to handle the thermal loads and high boost pressures of elite-level builds. Every core is hand-built in a dedicated clean room using specialized jigs and fixtures to ensure perfect alignment for easy end-tank welding.
Thermal efficiency is maximized through a high-precision, multi-louvered staggered fin design on both the ambient and pressure sides. To ensure maximum reliability in extreme conditions, each core undergoes batch brazing in a digital vacuum oven and is individually pressure tested to 120 psi. This horizontal cross-flow core arrives with a clean, glove-handled surface, ready for immediate fabrication.
