Engineered for professional fabricators and high-output custom builds, the CSF 8046 High Performance Bar & Plate Intercooler Core provides the thermal efficiency and structural integrity required for 1200 WHP applications. This horizontal-flow (cross-flow) core is batch-brazed in digital vacuum ovens and hand-built in a clean-room environment to ensure a contaminant-free surface that is ready for immediate welding.
The core features a multi-louvered, high-precision staggered fin design on both the ambient and pressure sides, maximizing heat transfer while maintaining excellent airflow characteristics. Every unit is pressure tested to 120 psi to ensure reliability in extreme boost environments.
