The CSF 8117 High-Performance Bar & Plate Intercooler Core is engineered for elite tuning projects and custom forced induction setups. Rated for up to 1500 WHP, this vertical-flow core provides the thermal efficiency required for extreme boost applications. Every core is hand-built in a clean-room environment using jigs and fixtures to ensure a perfectly straight profile, facilitating easier welding for fabricators. To guarantee reliability under high-pressure loads, CSF subjects each unit to a rigorous 120 psi pressure test.
Constructed using state-of-the-art digital vacuum brazing, the core features a multi-louvered, high-precision staggered fin design on both the ambient and pressure sides. This advanced internal geometry maximizes surface area contact for superior heat dissipation without sacrificing airflow.
