The CSF 8023 is a universal high-performance radiator engineered for demanding custom cooling configurations, including V-mount turbocharged setups. Built with a 2-row 52mm ultra high-performance core, this unit utilizes CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology. Unlike standard oval tubes, the B-Tube design is seam-brazed for superior strength, allowing for thinner, lighter aluminum that offers approximately 15% more heat transfer surface area and dual liquid laminar flow.
To ensure maximum thermal rejection, the 8023 features a triple-pass flow configuration, forcing coolant across the core three times before exiting to achieve the lowest possible outlet temperatures. The core is finished in a specialized black powder coating for enhanced thermal emissivity, while the tanks feature a smooth satin finish and CNC-machined mounting brackets for a secure, professional installation.
