The Cusco Type OS Rear Strut Tower Bar is designed to significantly increase chassis rigidity and improve handling response in the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X. Unlike standard 2-point braces, this Type OS variant features a 4-point mounting system that bolts to the left and right strut mounts as well as two points on the vehicle body. This configuration minimizes rear chassis flex under heavy lateral loads, ensuring the rear suspension geometry remains consistent for more predictable cornering.
- Type OS (Oval Shaft) high-rigidity aluminum construction
- 4-point mounting design for maximum structural reinforcement
- Polished aluminum shaft with signature Cusco blue steel end plates
