The DBA 4000 Series T3 is a high-performance, single-piece direct replacement brake rotor engineered for enthusiasts who demand consistent stopping power and superior thermal management. Featuring DBA’s patented T3 tri-symmetrical slot design, this rotor utilizes CNC-machined exit points to allow friction gases and brake dust to escape efficiently. This reduces surface glazing and results in a quieter, more responsive brake pedal during spirited street driving or track use.

Each rotor is cast from XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron to withstand extreme thermal stress. The material undergoes Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) to stabilize the microstructure and reduce internal stresses. For easy maintenance and performance monitoring, the rotor includes Thermo-graphic paint markings (THGP) that change color at specific temperature thresholds. The non-directional slot design simplifies installation by eliminating the need for specific left- and right-side rotors.
