The DBA Street Series T2 rotor is a performance-oriented rear brake upgrade designed for daily drivers and spirited street use. Replacing the factory hardware, this rotor utilizes DBA’s patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system. This unique design features a series of 144 diamond and teardrop-shaped pillars that provide significantly more surface area and structural strength than traditional straight-vane rotors, resulting in faster heat dissipation and reduced brake fade.
The bi-symmetrical T2 slotting pattern is engineered to dampen vibration and harmonics for quieter operation while constantly cleaning the pad surface of dust and gases. This ensures a consistent friction level and improved pedal feel throughout the life of the brake pads. Each rotor features a protective paint coating on the hub and non-friction surfaces to prevent corrosion and maintain a clean appearance.
