Control cabin temperatures and reduce intrusive road drone with the DEI Under Carpet Interior Insulation Kit (MPN 50295). This kit replaces or augments worn factory padding with 1/2-inch thick UC Lite™, a high-tech composite material engineered to block radiant heat transfer through the firewall, floor pans, and transmission tunnel. By insulating these critical areas, you protect the interior from exhaust heat and drivetrain warmth while significantly dampening tire and wind noise.
Every piece in this kit is CNC-cut to ensure a precise fit against the Miata's specific floor contours, allowing for a straightforward installation behind the seats, over the console, and across the rear tray. The lightweight construction makes it an ideal solution for performance-oriented builds where thermal management and improved acoustics are required without adding significant bulk.
