Protect expensive dynamometer tie-down straps from catastrophic burn-through during high-load pulls. The DEI Dyno Strap Heat Guard is specifically engineered to shield nylon or polyester straps from the intense exhaust exit heat generated when a vehicle is under load on the rollers.
Constructed from a high-temperature resistant aluminized Mylar, this sleeve reflects radiant heat and provides a thermal barrier against direct heat contact. The slip-over design allows for quick installation on most standard dyno straps without requiring specialized tools. This 36-inch sleeve provides ample coverage for straps positioned near exhaust tips or wastegate dumps.
