DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap with LR Technology is engineered from pulverized lava rock, stranded into a fiber material and woven into a proprietary weave. This advanced construction is designed to be stronger and more durable than standard fiberglass wraps, offering superior thermal performance and reliability for automotive or motorcycle exhaust systems. By retaining heat within the pipes, this wrap reduces engine bay temperatures and promotes increased exhaust flow for improved performance.
- Direct Heat Resistance: 1800°F
- Intermittent Heat Resistance: 2500°F
- Dimensions: 1 inch x 50 feet
- Material: Woven pulverized lava rock fiber
- Highly resistant to abrasions, oil spills, and vibration breakdown
- Extremely pliable for a tight, secure wrap without pre-wetting
- DEI HT Silicone Coating is not required
- Manufacturer Part Number: 10126
Note: Not recommended for wrapping catalytic converters or flex-pipes. After heat cycling, the fibers lose flexibility and should not be moved or removed. Do not use on titanium exhaust systems, as the heat retention can cause thin-walled titanium alloys to become brittle and crack.
