DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap is the original thermal management solution engineered for extreme environments. Utilizing LR Technology, this wrap is constructed from pulverized lava rock stranded into a fiber material and woven into a proprietary high-durability weave. Designed to be stronger and more resilient than standard fiberglass wraps, it provides superior thermal performance for automotive and motorcycle applications while offering a high-tech carbon fiber aesthetic.
- Dimensions: 2in x 25ft
- Direct Heat Resistance: 1800°F (982°C)
- Intermittent Heat Resistance: 2500°F (1371°C)
- Material: Pulverized lava rock fiber
- Increases exhaust scavenge flow for improved performance
- Reduces engine bay temperatures and vibration breakdown
- Highly resistant to abrasions, chemicals, and oil spills
- Extremely pliable for a tight, secure wrap without pre-wetting
- No DEI HT Silicone Coating required for installation

Important Installation Notes: Wrapping catalytic converters is not recommended as it can lead to overheating and reduced component life. Do not wrap exhaust systems made of titanium, as the heat retention can cause the thin alloys to become brittle and crack. This wrap is not intended for use on flex-pipes or flex-joints, as the fibers lose their initial flexibility after being heat cycled.
