DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap with LR Technology is engineered from pulverized lava rock, stranded into a fiber material and woven into a proprietary weave for maximum thermal protection. This 2in x 50ft roll is significantly more durable than traditional glass fiber wraps, improving exhaust scavenging by maintaining higher internal pipe temperatures while drastically reducing under-hood radiant heat.
- Withstands 1800°F direct and 2500°F intermittent heat
- Extremely pliable for a tight, secure wrap without the need for pre-wetting
- High resistance to abrasions, chemical spills, and vibration breakdown
- Finished appearance provides a high-tech carbon fiber look
- Does not require DEI HT Silicone Coating for sealing
Installation Notes: This wrap is not designed to be moved or removed once it has undergone a heat cycle, as the fibers lose flexibility. Do not wrap catalytic converters or exhaust systems manufactured from titanium, as the heat retention can cause these specific materials to become brittle and crack.
