The DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap Kit (10095) provides a complete thermal management solution for V8 headers, motorcycle pipes, and custom exhaust systems. This all-in-one kit includes everything needed to wrap a set of headers from the cylinder head flange down to the collector, effectively reducing under-hood temperatures and maintaining exhaust gas velocity for improved performance.

• Material: DEI Titanium wrap uses proprietary technology for superior heat resistance and durability without the need for pre-wetting or silicone coatings.
• Coverage: Supplied with enough wrap for most V8 header sets or multiple motorcycle applications.

Important Installation Notes: Do not wrap catalytic converters, as excessive heat retention can lead to premature failure. Avoid wrapping flex-pipes or flex-joints. DEI does not recommend this wrap for exhausts constructed from titanium alloys, as it may cause the material to become brittle. Note that wrap fibers lose flexibility after heat cycling and should not be moved or removed once installed.
