The DEI Gen-3 T4 Titanium Turbo Shield provides advanced thermal management by containing extreme radiant heat within the turbocharger housing. This four-layer heat barrier is engineered to maintain exhaust gas velocity, effectively reducing turbo lag while protecting under-hood components, wiring, and paint from heat soak.
Constructed with a silicone-coated Titanium LR outer shell, this shield is designed to withstand harsh environments without fraying. The internal layers utilize thick silica insulation, which has exceptionally low thermal conductivity, and a final stainless steel mesh liner to ensure the shield does not become brittle or break down under intense heat cycles.
