The DEI Heat Sheath provides critical thermal protection and abrasion resistance for lines, hoses, and wiring looms. Designed to slide over components during assembly or maintenance, this sleeving features a 19 oz high-temperature glass fiber core bonded to a reflective aluminized outer layer. It is precision-engineered to withstand direct, continuous heat up to 500°F and radiant heat up to 2000°F.
- Engineered Construction: Reinforced with aramid thread for superior durability and flame-retardant performance in high-heat environments.
- Chemical Resistance: Protects against oil spills, dirt, grease, and road grime while remaining pliable for tight bends.
- Installation: Slide-over design requires disconnecting one end of the line or hose; can be easily trimmed to exact length.
- Specifications: 1-inch Inside Diameter (I.D.) supplied on a 50-foot bulk spool.
- Origin: Manufactured in the USA.
