The DEI Heat Shroud (10457) provides critical thermal protection for fuel lines, wiring harnesses, and hoses without the need to disconnect them from the vehicle. This 3/4-inch ID sleeving is constructed from 19 oz high-temperature heat-treated glass fiber insulation bonded to a reflective aluminized outer layer, capable of reflecting 90% of radiant heat up to 2000°F.
The integrated hook-and-loop closure allows you to wrap the shroud directly around existing lines, making it an ideal solution for shielding components from engine bay heat soak, road grime, and oil. The material remains flexible enough to navigate tight bends while providing a flame-retardant barrier. Note: Do not apply directly to exhaust components.
