DEI Reflect-A-GOLD heat reflective tape (MPN 10397) provides a professional-grade solution for managing radiant heat in high-performance engine bays. This metalized polyimide laminated glass cloth features a high-temperature pressure-sensitive adhesive, making it ideal for protecting air boxes, firewalls, fuel cells, and intake tubes from heat soak.
Constructed to be extremely lightweight at just 0.0065 inches thick, this tape requires virtually no clearance and can be easily trimmed to fit complex shapes. The gold-finished material effectively reflects radiant heat away from sensitive components to maintain lower intake temperatures and protect structural areas.
- Handles continuous temperatures up to 800°F
- High-temperature adhesive rated up to 325°F
- 0.0065 inch thickness for minimal clearance requirements
- Resists UV degradation for long-term engine bay performance
